7 Things for 7 Days with Sprinkle Of Glitter | August

Here we are again with another 7 things to-do-list. My first and last 7 things post was in June, inspired by Louise who you definitely have to check out if you haven't already.
Afterwards I was pretty busy with university and life and the only thing I had time for was studying so there was no point in making a list. To cut a long story short: I love to-do-lists and have finally some time on my hands again (at least for a August) to spend my time with fun things ~

In August I plan to do:

Film: It feels like a century when I made my last video. I won't only make tutorials but some other things as well :)

Exercise: Yes, again, but I really want to make everything out of August.

Reading: You probably saw my post about the Rory Gilmore Book Challenge.
There are still a few (11 to be accurate) books on my shelve I haven't read yet, so I plan to read them during August before I buy any new ones. p(*^-^*)q

Learning Korean: Even though I studied it more or less over a semester I can't recall a lot... 4 weeks should be enough to get back on the track... or on half of it.

City Travel: Being a student who has free access to public transport is pretty amazing, but till now I never really made use of it. My plan: Explore the cities around with a friend. :)

Zoo: I admit it: I love to watch animals, either in real or on television... yes, I watch those boring documentations too, especially about dinosaur, I freaking love dinosaur, unfortunately there are no in a zoo... Anyway, my boyfee invited me to Zoo and some super delicious Steak for my birthday and it will definitely happen during August!

Cooking: I always find a logical excuse for not trying out different recipes. Before I can cook any Korean food I have to have some supplies and dish thingy things, a griddle would be nice... oh I do it again. I'm going to invite my boyfee and cook for him a super delicious korean meal, I promise! (`・ω・´)ゞ

To be honest it was a little bit difficult making this list because I have nothing planned for August except enjoying every single minute ~
Who's in doing any of these goals or their own with me?

7 Things for 7 Days with Sprinkle Of Glitter

While brainstorming about what to write about and share with the world I stumbled upon Louise blog and her recent 7 Things for 7 Days post. If you haven't already I suggest strongly visit her blog and dip into her little world.

Now let's have a closer look at the mission: it resembles a new year's resolution list but instead of having a whole year to fulfill your dreams, desires and whishes (and probably forgetting about them after a few weeks...) you only have one week for seven different goals you set.
Writing down 7 things you want to achieve in the next 7 days is not only a great motivation to actually do them but also to have the option checking later how far you got.

This week I plan to:

Exercise: My workout plan is pretty decent yet I now I haven't tap the full potential. I don't want to spend hours at the gym either but spending a few more minutes on cardio won't be harmful.

Study: After realising I haven't done anything during the last 2 years I finally have to get on the bandwagon and finish university. Well, this won't be possible in the next 7 days though but at least I can study for my upcoming exam in macroeconomics.
Goal: Reading & taking notes (for) all 15 chapters and perhaps start with exercises.

Working on my recipe book: Yes, I tend to write down recipes of food I would love to lie in (sounds gross...) plus I plan to start a Korean Food Challenge next month. Until then I have to get a few more ideas.

Read: When I was younger I used to read a lot, right now I try to get back on the track. Currently I'm working my way through Nora Roberts "Daring To Dream". I already read the German translation a few years ago but since I like original versions better I had to buy it.

Organise: Especially my life and my plans. I am one of those persons who want too much in no time, you can imagine it's not possible, far from it, it leads to more problems and misunderstandings. I have to rethink what I truly want, that includes lower my sights and focus on important things.

Gift: My brother's birthday is around the corner so I have to think about something nice, perhaps driving school lessons?

Clean: Thanks god I live far away enough that my Grandmam can't see my window, otherwise she would go wild. I'm still able to look through it, I mean, I live on a high street so there is alot of dirt and exhaust fumes...

This week I will concentrate on my life and won't be bogged down by small uncontrollable things. Deep down in my stomach I feel a depression coming upwards but I will try to cut negativity out so I will be a little bit closer to my goals in 7 days.

Who's in doing any of these goals or their own with me?

Indulge me #2

Sincerity and compromises.

Today is one of those days where I again think way too much about people and life in general. Rain has always this unbelievable power on me to doubt everything I'm doing and living for.
First of all I wonder whether I really take myself seriously. I always thought I do, however today I realise if I do, why do I spend so much time watching TV, dreaming and counting the time to see someone special when I should better put my life together.
Don't misunderstand me, it's not that out of control, but there are still some pieces which fly around. Making myself happy is something I learnt some months ago, yet right now I catch myself how I base my whole happiness and life on someone. You should never do that, once this special person acts different or, even worse, walks out of your life, you're screwed. Like really screwed. Fucked up. Seriously.
Life is passing me by and once again I realise I am not enjoying it the way I should.

This has to end now, because I can't control how everything will turn out. Here I mean my relationship and the future it may contain. Is it weird that I think about the next three, five and ten years? Is it wrong? Should I better live my life to the fullest now instead of imagine how it may turn out?

Being in a relationship isn't a one way thing, rather it has to be done with a mutual understanding. Am I too negative to keep in mind everything will run smoothly and that I will always be happy? Both of us are different, we think different, live different. My ideals may not be his ideals. I am aware that not everything will go my way and I have to accept it. Making compromises is something I still have to learn, but at the same time I have to find out what I expect from him, from me and from my life.

Instead of stuff myself with chocolate or other sweet stuff I decided to buy me some berries.

I love shakes especially with berries, they always cheer me up plus they are healthy. If I could afford it I would eat them the whole day.

I'm going to end this post with two of my current favourite songs, both from the "The Greatest Love" OST.

This drama as well as the OST is amazing, I really enjoy watching it. It is worth every single minute. When you're interested in korean dramas and have some free time on your hands right now, go and watch it! You won't regret it. (◕‿◕✿)
